The Estate Caretaker role: Our Estate Caretakers look after the upkeep and the appearance of our estates around South Ribble and Fylde. They complete patrols of these areas particularly in hot spot areas, carry out weekly fire safety checks in communal areas and work closely with other agencies that work in the area. Our estate caretakers can help with fly-tipping, graffiti, communal fobs/keys, reporting communal repairs and community initiatives. What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: The post holder will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high levels of flexibility moving from one scheme to another as required. Ability to carry out minor repairs / good DIY skills Excellent organisation and prioritising skills Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations. Ability to follow policy and procedures Good IT skills. A full UK driving licence is required, as the role may involve travel between sites.
