An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join a rapidly growing ecommerce business operating from a modern, highly automated warehouse facility in Kent.
This role will suit a hands‑on operational leader with a strong background in warehouse, dispatch, or fulfilment management who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
Key responsibilities
* Managing and motivating large fulfilment and dispatch teams
* Driving productivity, performance, and operational KPIs
* Ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
* Leading daily operations across shift patterns and team handovers
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and warehouse compliance
* Supporting process improvement and warehouse automation initiatives
* Managing staffing, absences, payroll records, and performance reviews
* Working closely with warehouse leadership to improve efficiency and service levels
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience within warehouse or fulfilment supervision/management
* Experience working within fast-paced ecommerce or distribution environments
* Strong people management and leadership skills
* A proactive and highly organised approach
* Experience managing KPIs, productivity, and operational targets
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of warehouse health & safety procedures and best practice
