You will set the standard in your dealership and must be able to demonstrate your ability to operate in a customer centric environment where integrity is everything.
Responsibilities
• You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering manufacturer relationships, ensuring operational excellence, driving finance and cost control, and people management.
• Motivate and inspire your team to the best performance, ensuring adherence to policies, processes, legislation, and prioritising customer and colleague health and safety.
• Drive a culture where the business succeeds by delivering the right products and services that meet customer needs and protect them from harm, encouraging long‑term loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications & Experience
You have a strong track record as a General Manager within the sector, with proven success in new and used vehicle sales and a drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer‑centric results.
You have strong leadership skills and a track record to prove so, as well as determination, commitment, integrity, passion, energy, drive, and talent for leading a dealership team.
Successful candidates must undertake a DBS check, regular fit and proper person assessments, and provide references from previous employers.
