Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. You will play a crucial role in managing kitchen staff, coordinating food production, and upholding food safety regulations within a hospitality environment. Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
* Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective teamwork and high morale.
* Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and culinary best practices.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting guest preferences.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock for food production.
* Conduct regular training sessions for staff on food safety protocols, culinary techniques, and customer service excellence.
* Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary industry.
* Strong knowledge of food production processes, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in both food preparation and service delivery.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests alike.

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
