Residential Property Paralegal, Wiltshire, Salary - £24K-£27K In this role you will be assisting Conveyancers with all residential property matters including client handling, SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications. reference: 215301903 THE ROLE: As a Residential Property Paralegal you will work closely with Conveyancing Fee Earners, ensuring all records and accounts are accurately maintained. Your duties will include liaising with clients by phone and email, responding to enquiries, preparing SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills. Proficiency in IT—particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook—is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Previous experience supporting Fee Earners in all aspects of residential conveyancing is preferred.
