We are seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Manager to lead a large-scale technology and business transformation programme within the electrical sector. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across business change, technology build, data migration, and release management activities while leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 people across multiple workstreams.
What you'll do:
* Lead end-to-end programme delivery across:
o Business design
o Technology build and configuration
o Testing and deployment
o Data cleansing and migration
o Business change and adoption
* Define and drive the overall transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives
* Manage programme releases, dependencies, RAID activities, risks, timelines, and budgets
* Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of circa 30 people
* Oversee technology delivery alongside system integrators and third-party partners
* Drive data migration strategy including cleansing, validation, governance, and cutover planning
* Ensure strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and leadership teams
* Provide governance reporting, delivery updates, and escalation management
* Support continuous improvement and process optimisation across the programme
Key Skills:
* Proven experience leading large-scale digital or technology transformation programmes
* Experience working within complex multi-vendor or tri-party delivery environments
* Electrical, utilities, or infrastructure sector experience preferred
* Strong understanding of full delivery life cycle management
* Experience with RAID management, dependency tracking, and release planning
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools
* Strong stakeholder and supplier management capability
