We are seeking an experienced non-contentious IP associate to join a highly regarded international IP practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with significant experience in IP transaction work who wants to take ownership of complex matters and gain exposure to high-profile clients. The team is widely recognised in leading legal directories and works across a full range of IP rights, including patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, domain names and confidential information. With particular strengths in the life sciences, technology and consumer/retail brand sectors, the practice advises on domestic and international matters, including cross-border transactions.
