What You’ll Do Deliver engaging PROACT-SCIPr-UK courses and associated training that meet the highest standards, including Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) guidelines. Work creatively to design and deliver training that inspires confidence and competence in others. Support instructors and organisations with expert advice, guidance, and additional training. Work directly within our training venue at Basingstoke, with occasional travel (and overnight stays) across the UK to share knowledge and best practice. Maintain your own professional development and certifications, ensuring you stay at the forefront of legislation and innovation. What We’re Looking For A professional or vocational qualification in Health & Social Care (e.g., Social Work Diploma, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or relevant degree). Ideally, a teaching qualification (e.g., AET Level 3). Hands-on experience in positive behaviour support, behaviour analysis, and effective communication strategies. Strong organisational skills, creativity in training delivery, and excellent communication abilities. Why Join Us?
