We are seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our team in providing essential support in a laser clinic. The role requires a combination of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Duties
- Conduct clerical and administrative tasks
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Manage phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Organise medical records and maintain confidentiality
- Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Utilise computerised systems for various office tasks
- Provide general office support including typing, filing, and scanning documents
Cleaning duties between clients, and and the start of day
Laundry duties
Qualifications
- Proficient in using excel for financial transactions and spreadsheets
- Skilled in clerical and administrative duties
- Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Previous experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous
