Project Administrator
Location: Feltham
Salary: £45k Per Annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am–4:30pm
Contract: Permanent after 3 months
This leading engineering company is entering an exciting phase of rapid growth, following the successful completion of several major projects across multiple industries. Building on its reputation for technical excellence and innovative solutions, the company continues to secure a wide range of new and challenging contracts. As part of this ongoing expansion, they are now looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a talented Project Administrator .

Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with scheduling, monitoring, and reporting progress on pump, pipework, fan, and AHU projects.
Prepare, organise, and maintain project documentation including technical submittals, drawings, delivery notes, and commissioning reports.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Track project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices in coordination with procurement and finance.
Support compliance within the company's quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Arrange project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Update project records and reports in company systems and databases.
Provide logistical and administrative assistance to project and site teams, including travel and equipment coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years' experience in project administration, ideally in mechanical services or industrial installation projects.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, ERP systems).
Familiarity with mechanical systems documentation and procurement processes.
Skills & Attributes
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
Basic understanding of pumps, pipework, fans, and AHU systems is advantageous.
