We're looking for a District Retail Merchandiser based in the Oxford area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for filling coverage gaps across a defined district, visiting multiple retail outlets to fulfil district and regional targets.
At eXPD8, we work across a variety of categories including: Books and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Beers, Wines and Spirits, and Toys. Working within retail outlets, you will ensure the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:
Confirmed working hours: 25 hours per week, minimum.
As the role is flexible in nature, your shifts will be spread across 4 to 5 days, including weekdays and Saturdays. Availability for Thursday mornings from 8am is essential.
This role covers Oxford and the surrounding area.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car for business purposes are required, as you'll be supporting and traveling within a defined area.
How you'll deliver excellence:
1. Compliance and Standards
o Follow merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidance.
o Implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.
2. Product Placement and Replenishment
o Arrange and organise products to maximise visibility and appeal.
3. Promotional and Point of Sale Setup
o Set up promotional displays and signage for effective communication of prices, discounts, and offers.
4. Strong communication and relationship building
o Build and maintain good relationships with store colleagues, especially managers.
o Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via our feedback app.

* Willing to accept home deliveries of stock or point of sale items (additional pay).
* Confident using a company tablet for tasks like downloading briefs, taking photos, and answering questions.
