Senior Sales Executive (Albert's Schloss Soho)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + up to 32% Bonus + Tronc + 75p Guest Experience Bonus. Full time.
About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a standout Senior Sales Executive to join our Albert’s Schloss Soho team, someone who can drive sales performance, own their pipeline, and build strong, lasting client relationships. This is a dynamic role that blends reactive enquiry management with proactive business development. You’ll play a key part in delivering revenue, unlocking new opportunities, and creating unforgettable guest experiences that bring the Schloss to life.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll own enquiries end‑to‑end, from first contact through to confirmed booking, driving conversion through strong follow‑up, clear proposals, and confident communication. You’ll maximise revenue through upselling and smart pricing, while keeping your pipeline accurate, organised, and easy to action. Alongside this, you’ll build and grow your own client base; re‑engaging lapsed clients, targeting new opportunities, and supporting key seasonal campaigns through proactive outreach. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, building strong relationships, hosting show rounds, tastings and events, and ensuring a seamless journey from enquiry through to delivery. As a senior member of the team, you’ll support during peak periods, collaborate closely with operations to deliver standout events, and bring energy, ideas and ownership to everything you do. You’ll also maintain accurate records across systems, ensure GDPR compliance, and keep all booking activity clear, organised and well managed.
