Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner for the Leaving Care service to join an Authority based in Medway.

About the role:
You will case hold children in care aged 16+ and prepare them for transition to a personal advisor at 18 and into independence.
As a senior practitioner in the 16 plus Care Leavers Service, you will support the team manager and provide high-quality case advice and guidance, focusing on the wellbeing of children in care and care-experienced young people, supporting their journey to independence. You will also contribute to the learning and development of others, either by acting as a Practice Assessor for students or by contributing to training activities in a specialist area.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Completion of your ASYE
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
* Active Social Work England registration
