Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis to join their team.As Customer Account Advisor you will liaise with customers to resolve any complaints and disputes to find suitable solutions in a timely manner.This is 100% office based role.
Performance Objectives
·Dealing with a variety of initial queries, remaining customer focused to find the most suitable conclusion.
·Having a calm, level-headed approach to problem solving with an ability to make decisions that reflect a well thought out process.
·Ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
·Be confident in your ability to make decisions and provide an appropriate resolution to customer enquiries.
·Ability to manage a very busy workload through an internal CRM system.
·Engage in contractual matters with exceptional negotiation skills for the retention of our valued customers.
Person Specification
·The successful candidate will have recent experience in a similar role.
·Ability in finding solutions.
·Experience of working in a fast-paced busy environment.
·Strong negotiation, problem solving and diplomacy skills.
·Excellent communication, inter-personal and IT Skills are a must.
·Ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
