The Graduate Recruitment Consultant role will have the following responsibilities:
* Collating a talent pool of suitable candidates within the Finance and Accountancy industry for live vacancies
* Making outbound calls, emails and texts to candidates with the use of social media to promote the perfect vacancy
* Working alongside the experienced team to make successful placements
* Research into the market to identify any new potential vacancies that are available to target new clients
* Meeting the clients expectations regarding candidate specifications
The ideal candidate for the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role will have following skillset:
* A background within the sales industry is highly advantageous
* Willingness to learn and progress xsngvjr throughout your career
* Naturally KPI driven and hungry to develop skills in a sales environment
* Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential
* An effective, confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
* A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
