0.5 Lecturer in Early Years Close date 10/12/2025 £27,185 - £41,014 per annum gross pro rata 18.5hrs per week The Role As a lecturer you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Early Years’ programmes within the School. This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design/development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered. You will teach across a broad range of provision. Delivering predominantly on Level 1-3 Vocational qualifications. Teaching on commercial courses where required and in accordance with business need. What are we looking for You should have a relevant Level 3 or above qualification, a recognised teaching qualification (or be currently working towards) and level 2 English and Maths. You will need experience of working in an Early Years setting and of delivering qualifications in Early Years.
