The Role
You'll work as part of a skilled and supportive development team, helping to design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The position combines enhancing existing systems with developing innovative new features and products.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
* Build robust, well-tested code that meets quality and performance standards.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
* Work within Agile development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
* Help mentor and support less experienced developers.
* Contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and development practices.
* Take ownership of personal learning and professional development.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
* Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
* Knowledge of Entity Framework Core
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
* Familiarity with Git and modern version control practices
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
* Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
