We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Technical Recruiter Contract job with a UK-based IT Electronics company. Our client manufactures high-performance electronic components for use in high-voltage power systems. You will collaborate closely with recruiting managers and executive staff to fill vacancies all across the world. You will work with a Global Staffing Manager in the United States to coordinate staffing activities.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of recruiting experience in a technical setting, ideally in the semiconductor business.
* 6+ months of recruitment agency experience is a bonus.
* Strong sourcing abilities, as well as the capacity to cold call passive applicants.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
* Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and German is preferred.
* Capable of traveling abroad within APAC as needed.
* Working understanding of international human resource rules and regulations, as well as labour legislation and compliance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
