As a Senior Support Worker, your responsibilities will include: Providing direct care and support to residents with acquired brain injuries. Working primarily on the floor, ensuring the well-being and safety of all residents. Assisting in the development and implementation of personalised care plans. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. Supporting the transition of new residents into the service. Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
