Salary: Up to £60,000 package

The Role As General Manager, youll be responsible for leading ateam of talented individualsacross multiple departments, driving both operational excellence and an outstanding guest experience. Youll take ownership of the venues full performance from revenue generation and service standards to event delivery and team development.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including restaurant service, live events, and private functions
Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team
Drive profitability and manage budgets, forecasting, and KPIs
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain the venues strong community reputation
About You Proven success as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a similar multi-revenue venue
Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for people
Commercially savvy with a focus on both guest experience and profitability
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enthusiastic, hands-on, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
