* Manage the Set Top Box and TV development team.
* Keep track of project timelines, assess risks and plan mitigations.

Primary Skillset
* Knowledge of CPE / STB / DTV subsystems.
* Knowledge of Linux, Embedded systems
* Experience with Agile project management, Sprint planning, and Risk / Stakeholder management.
* Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities.
* Experience mentoring, coaching team members.
* Excellent business communication skills verbal written.
Preferred Skillset
* Working experience in RDK-V.
* Knowledge in Yocto and familiar with working on open source community.
