The Microsoft Dynamics 365 engineering team is growing the FastTrack program to keep up with the demand of our growing service. The program aims to support our customers in their implementation journey moving to Dynamics 365 cloud and we will help drive delivery of the full value of their investment. Our focus is to help our customers achieve the business goals and end-user adoption that they envisioned during purchase.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with techno functional expertise and experience in the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 implementation services in complex and challenging environments.

Senior Program Manager are professionals that deliver services to our customers and partners, in addition to achieving the customers’ target adoption goals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
6. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
7. Dynamics 365 implementation experience in end-to-end ERP projects in various capacities such as Architect, Functional or Technical Lead.

8. Experience in delivering Dynamics 365 Solutions on any or combination of Dynamics 365 Apps such as Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Human Resources and or Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

9. Power Platform experience including Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or Power BI.

10. Experience in a customer or partner-facing role of any capacity.

11. Domain skills in one of the following is a must – Professional Services, Public Sector, Distribution, Manufacturing or Retail.

12. Good understanding of Azure technologies in the areas of Integration, Networking, Monitoring, Security.

Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

13. Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
14. Bachelor’s degree AND experience in product/service/project/program management or software implementation,OR equivalent experience.
15. Dynamics 365 implementation experience in end-to-end ERP projects in various capacities such as Architect, Functional or Technical Lead.
16. Experience in delivering Dynamics 365 Solutions on any or combination of Dynamics 365 Apps such as Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Human Resources and or Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
17. Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an engaging experience for our customers and Partners.
18. Solid knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in adjacent technologies including one or more of the following: M365, Power BI, Microsoft Azure technologies, Microsoft Fabric, App Insights etc. (certifications a plus).

19. Solid experience in one of the following industry segments – Automotive, Housing, Beverage, Human resources services.

20. Passion for customers, technology and learning. Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for our customers and Partners.

21. Solid problem-solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation.

22. Applicants must be comfortable with ambiguity while striving for clarity with the personal desire and initiative to drive proactive business impacting change and clarity.

23. Story Telling: demonstrated ability to create narratives that are targeted to partners and customers on an emotional level, delivering outcomes and a call to action.

24. Demonstrated leadership skills are required. Candidate should also have excellent customer service skills, good oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations; to lead projects and to motivate others.

25. Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate at all levels in a customer organization from CxO to end users and IT professionals.

26. Exceptional leadership acumen with demonstrated success in "engaging virtual teams" with ability to influence others and ensure results.

27. Ability to coach and collaborate effectively with field teams, customers, and product teams to ensure customer success.

28. Program or Engineering management experience implementing cloud technologies.

29. Travel: Occasional travel may be expected in this role.

Responsibilities

30. Own and deliver FastTrack’s customer and partner experience.
31. Provide architectural guidance and advice to proactively help customers identify and mitigate risk to ensure project success.

32. Improve the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 experience by identifying and working with other colleagues within Microsoft to get product features built, processes implemented, policies changed, and capturing supporting data.

33. Evangelize the FastTrack Program to others inside Microsoft including field sales staff, technical support, engineering, and most importantly to our Partners and Customers.
