Job Title: Stores Co-Ordinator Location: Hornsey, London Hours: 12 hour days, 11 hour nights. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Stores Coordinator to join our client's team in Hornsey. You will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for logistics. You will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our stores and ensuring that our inventory is well-organised and efficiently maintained. Key Responsibilities: Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them and provides the information if required. Takes care for correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.). Captures relevant data in data processing systems. Arranges the acceptance, storage, commissioning and removal of goods in the storage area and records them in the appropriate systems. Organises a regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area. Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy (e.g. quantity and article number in reference to the respective delivery notes). Completes packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging and other instructions (e.g. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework. Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods. Completes transports inside and if applicable outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation. Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity).What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment is preferred. FLT experience, overhead crane experience. Full UK driving license. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join our Client?
