Senior Researcher (Insights) | Scaling Health & Wellbeing Company | Hybrid – London (2–3 days per week in the office) | Salary: £70K + benefits
Our client, a pioneering Health & Wellbeing Company, is seeking a Senior Researcher to build and lead their first dedicated consumer insights function. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a high-growth business understands and serves its customers.
The Role:
As Senior Researcher, Consumer Insights, you will design and execute research programmes that combine quantitative, qualitative, and social listening insights. You will act as the bridge between data, brand, and product teams, ensuring the business is truly insight-driven and customer-obsessed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build a strategic view of the consumer and what drives their choices
* Lead brand and category health tracking, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring
* Conduct creative, messaging, and product experience testing
* Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
* Manage research tools, external partners, and budgets
* Create a shared insights library for use across the company
About You:
* 7+ years’ experience in consumer or market research, ideally in fast-moving consumer, tech, or health categories
* Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
* Ability to translate insights into strategy and influence decision-making
* Experience with research platforms (e.g., YouGov, Attest, Brandwatch)
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
