Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and growing company We are excited to partner with a well-established manufacturing business in Daventry who are looking for Bystronic press brake operators to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up, operate and maintain Bystronic press brake machines (80 to 150 tonnes).
* Manufacture component parts according to production schedules ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and KPIs.
* Occasionally assist with operating the Laser machine as needed.
* Perform rolling and forming tasks when required.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the department by undertaking additional ad hoc duties as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in operating press brake machines particularly Bystronic models.
* Strong technical skills with the ability to set and program machines (highly desirable).
* A keen eye for detail with a methodical and precise approach to work.
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
* Able to work flexibly and as part of a team to meet production targets.
