Practice Manager Philippa Kenyon and her friendly team at Bupa Dental Care Stockport High Lane are on the lookout for a dedicated, enthusiastic and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator / Qualified Dental Nurse to join our practice family.

️ Your Working Hours
1. Monday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
2. Tuesday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
3. Thursday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
4. Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
(34.5 hours per week)
What We’re Looking For
5. GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse
6. A caring, motivated and patient-focused individual

9. Experience or strong interest in Treatment Coordination

As a Treatment Coordinator you’ll be working alongside an experienced practice team and have access to exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go.
Treatment Coordinator responsibilities
20. Be the first point of contact for new private patients to the practice; and existing patients expressing an interest in specialist treatments
21. Confidently discuss the treatment and fees involved
22. Deliver a high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
23. Be a champion of customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice
24. Coordinate’s dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan
25. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team
26. Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager
Your skills and experience
27. Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments provided within a healthcare setting
28. Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate complex treatment plans, procedures and requirements
29. Previous experience of delivering an outstanding service in a customer facing role
30. Proven strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with a broad range of people
31. CQC/GDC registered, and knowledge of dental practice management systems is desirable
