About The Role
Watches of Switzerland are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join their team in Heathrow Airport. The Team Leader is a role model in the Boutique and an ambassador for Watches of Switzerland brand. You will be an inspirational and motivational member of the team who will assist the Deputy/Boutique Manager to ensure that operating processes and procedures are maintained and continually improved providing a streamlined, Client orientated service. Helping to lead, motivate and develop the team you will be strategic and change orientated and drive this in a consistent manner across your store.
As a Team Leader your key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting Management in leading and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency whilst creating a luxury sales environment
2. Reviewing sales figures and putting forward recommendations to drive the business forward
3. Competitor analysis
4. Driving a high level of customer service
5. Assisting with recruitment, performance management and training
6. Conducting appraisals and performance reviews alongside Management
7. Continuous development of staff
8. Communication of business initiatives
9. Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
10. Key holder responsibility – opening and closing of the Store
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous retail management and team leading experience. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

11. Proven record of delivery in a retail environment

13. Managing and delivering operating costs and identifying suitable efficiency improvements
14. A positive, “can-do” attitude
15. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
