SAAF Education is growing, and were looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Sheffield team. What Youll Be Doing Building and managing your own recruitment desk within the education sector
Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates
Developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Taking ownership of your market and driving growth
Providing excellent service and helping candidates find roles where they thrive
What Were Looking For A driven, proactive individual with great communication skills
Someone confident speaking to candidates and clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Either a trainee eager to learn OR an experienced consultant ready to hit the ground running
