CK Group are recruiting for an Contract Operation Administrator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months .
Salary:
£20 - 26 per hour PAYE or £26.80 -£34.85 via Umbrella
This role is inside IR35
Contract Operation Administrator Role:
* Act as the primary champion and super-user of the new contract management system
* Supporting and leading ancillary projects to expand the use of the system within the business.
* Provide training and support to business stakeholders across the organization on the effective use of the contract management system.
* Review contractual documents to identify and extract key information for data input.
* Perform various legal administrative tasks as needed to support the Legal and Compliance department
Your Background :
* Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
* A proactive and inquisitive individual with a keen interest in, or experience of, working with contracts and/or legal documents
* Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies efficiently and effectively
* Experience with data entry and information management systems is desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders
