We are seeking experienced Aircraft Painters to join our clients team working on commercial aircraft such as the Boeing 737. The successful candidates will be responsible for the preparation, masking, painting, and finishing of aircraft and components to high industry standards, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality requirements. Rate and hours £21/hr Ltd 60 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Carry out surface preparation including sanding, stripping, cleaning, and masking. Apply primers, base coats, topcoats, and specialist finishes using approved materials and methods. Perform paint touch-ups and blending where required. Read and interpret job cards, paint specifications, and drawings. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company, regulatory, and customer requirements. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a clean and safe standard. Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and delivery schedules. Requirements: Proven experience as an Aircraft Painter, ideally on commercial aircraft (e.g. B737, A320, B757). Strong understanding of aircraft painting techniques, materials, and finishes. Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.
