We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic GP to join ourfriendly, well-established training practice in central Plymouth for 46sessions per week.
We are a PMS practice serving approximately 12,000 patients, CQCrated Good, and high QOF achievers. We pride ourselves on deliveringhigh-quality patient care within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Our multidisciplinary team includes 2 clinical partners, 4salaried GPs, 2 paramedics, experienced practice nurses, HCAs, phlebotomists,and a large administrative team. We are further supported by a wide range ofPCN staff including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, social prescribers,paramedics, a home visiting team, care co-ordinators, and physiotherapists.
We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic aboutcollaborative working and contributing to a forward-thinking practice.
Main duties of the job You will be responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice, delivering excellent standard of care.
You will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standard of care for all patients.

Job responsibilities The successful candidate will:
Provide high quality, evidence based medical care to registered patients
Undertake face-to-face, telephone & online consultations.
Prescribe in accordance with local & national guidelines
Maintain accurate clinical records
work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
Contribute to QOF, enhanced services and practice development initiatives
Support continuity of care and safeguarding responsibilities
Experience
Experience of working in GP surgery
Experience of working within a multidisciplinary skill-mixed team
Strong clinical decision making skills with ability to work independently
Qualifications
Qualified GP
