A well-established manufacturing company based in Chessington is seeking a Junior Administrator to support their service and sales teams.
Ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and eager to learn. You bring strong organisational skills and clear communication while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas of responsibility. Main Responsibilities:
Support the team across all administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare and manage sales quotations and process orders efficiently.
Handle invoicing and maintain accurate stock control to meet customer demand.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to provide timely information and support.
Assist with data analysis on ordering patterns and contribute to reporting on trends and margins.
Requirements:
Proactive, helpful, and adaptable with a strong “can-do” attitude.
Excellent communication and organisational skills; a reliable team player.
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, with an aptitude for learning new systems (SAP training provided).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
