We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with the Director
* Diary management (organizing reservations, scheduling meetings, etc.)
* Answering the phone and emails
* Drafting correspondence
* Organizing the office
Ideal candidate
* Enthusiastic, proactive, punctual with excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
* Highly personable and friendly with great communication skills
* Knowledge of Excel and Word
* Good verbal and written English
Compensation and Schedule
* Salary: £27,000 per year (gross)
* Hours: Full-time
* Schedule: Monday–Friday
