Contract: 1x Temporary until 31st March 2027 and 1x Maternity leave cover until 31st December 2026 (however, this end date is subject to change)
Salary: Scale 6 bar SO1 ( GBP 32,247.00 : GBP 37, per annum)

If you would like for this temporary post as a secondment, you must have the prior approval of your current Line Manager and Head of Department. About the Role
Your core responsbilities will include delivering a number of courses to new and existing staff members within the Contact Management department.
When not delivering courses, you will review, design, and develop new and existing training material to ensure they remain relevant.
You will provide support to students in training which will include wellbring and performance reviews. Most students will join us under the Apprenticeship programme, therefore you will need to ensure specific criteria are met in line with HIOWC and Ofsted guidelines and requirements.

About You : Essential Criteria
:QCF Level 2 Maths and English qualifications, or work experience deemed to have brought the post holder to a comparable level.
:QCF Level 3 / A:Level qualification, or work experience deemed to have brough the post holder to a comparable level.
:Experience in emergency services call handling. If you do not have this experience, you will undertake the Call Handler Induction training course to learn about the role of emergency services call handling.
:Experience in training needs analysis, design, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of training, or other relevant work experience.
