STADA UK Thornton & Ross Rx Marketing Executive

We are looking for an Rx Marketing Executive to join STADA UKs Prescription (Rx) Marketing team, where you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing plans aimed at driving growth across our Rx Core portfolios (including Dermatology, Respiratory, and Bone Health), as well as our Specialty and Biosimilar medicines .
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering targeted, tactical marketing activities to NHS stakeholders. Success in this role will require agility and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to manage relationships with key external stakeholders, such as marketing agencies (for campaign development) and partner organisations (for events, exhibitions, and sponsorships). This position offers an exciting opportunity to launch or grow your career in pharmaceutical marketing, working on well-established prescription brands in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
Your Impact in This Role
As Rx Marketing Executive, you will support the execution of targeted marketing activities aimed at NHS customers and stakeholders.
You will play a key role in:
Planning and delivering tactical integrated marketing campaigns against SMART objectives in line with brand plans.
Organising and attending internal and external events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions and webinars.
Managing the production, distribution and maintenance of digital and offline marketing materials .
Supporting with approval of marketing materials to ensure compliance with the ABPI code of conduct.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers (incl. agencies) and partner organisations.
Evaluating market research and data to understand target audience behaviour to shape marketing plans.
Analysing activity outcomes to assess return on investment.
Assisting the Omnichannel Manager with CRM management.
What We're Looking For
A degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
12 years experience in a marketing role (pharma or healthcare sector experience desirable, but not essential).
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in-person, written, and digital).
Understanding of product marketing, communications, and customer engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently (taking own initiative when required).
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail, including numerical and analytical skills.
Familiarity with project management and creative design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Solid IT skills, with a proven ability to use Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
