We are seeking kind and compassionate individuals to join our ever expanding team. We have been providing support and care within the community since 1995 to children and the elderly. We are currently recruiting for community care assistants to join our teams providing care in people’s own homes in the St Albans and surrounding areas, particularly for those who are looking to work between 4pm-10pm.
Previous experience in the care industry is not necessary as paid comprehensive training is provided by our in‑house training department. To qualify you need a full driving licence, access to your own car, and the right to work in the UK.
Pay rates are £13.00 per hour on weekdays and £16.00 per hour on weekends, with working hours between 7am-2pm including alternate weekends. We offer zero hour contracts, part‑time and full contracts up to 40 hrs per week with a salary of £26,665.60 per annum (£12.82 per hr).
Shift patterns are 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm, including alternate weekends.
