Alignment Search & Selection are proud to be partnered with a leading corporate travel management company, who are seeking an experienced Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant to join their remote support team.
This role is ideal for a skilled travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service outside of standard business hours.
The Role
Working as part of the dedicated out-of-hours team, you will provide expert support to corporate travellers who require urgent assistance. Your duties will include:
* Managing emergency and last-minute travel requests
* Booking and rebooking air, rail, sea and hotel arrangements
* Using Sabre GDS confidently to issue, amend and ticket reservations
* Providing proactive solutions during disruptions or travel changes
* Delivering a calm, professional and customer-focused service at all times
What Were Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
* Recent and hands-on experience with Sabre GDS (essential)
* Background in Travel Management / TMCor similar environment
* Strong knowledge across air, rail, sea and hotel reservations
* Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
* Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays
