Certain Advantageis partnering with an automotive manufacturer to recruit an experiencedSupervisor. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of their area within the production lines, managing a team of employees to achieve departmental goals efficient production and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, implementation, optimisation and delivery of production contracts.
* Setting and delivering production targets using time and motion studies to improve labour efficiency and output.
* Supervise, train and mentor a team of up to 25 employees.
* Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback in order to maintain targets.
* Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Your Background:
1. Experience of working within lean operating frameworks.
2. Effective communication skills and structured approach to record keeping.
3. The ability to work well within a team environment as well as individually.
4. IT skills including the use of tablets/computer software is essential.
5. Organised, proactive and self-motivated individual.
