Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child’s early education? Aspire People is seeking dedicated and compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 basis supporting individual pupils in a primary school in Telford from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalised 1:1 support to an Early Years pupil inside and outside the classroom
* Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver activities tailored to the pupil’s needs
* Promote the pupil’s academic, social, and emotional development, encouraging independence and confidence
* Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment
* Adapt resources and teaching methods to suit the pupil’s learning style
* Assist with monitoring progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents
* Build positive relationships with the pupil, school staff, and parents
* Uphold school policies and contribute to a safe and respectful environment

What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
* Previous experience supporting children 1:1, ideally in an educational setting
* Strong empathy and understanding of the individual needs of young children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, resilience, and emotional support skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs
* Knowledge of teaching strategies and resources for Early Years is desirable
* Relevant qualifications are a plus but not essential
