About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and service-driven Afternoon Reception Host to join our Workplace Experience Team. This front-of-house role is all about making a great first impression — providing a warm welcome to visitors, supporting daily office operations, and delivering a five-star service at every interaction. As part of a hybrid-working office environment, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the experience for both employees and visitors is seamless, positive, and aligned with Volvo’s premium brand standards. Key Responsibilities Welcoming guests and providing an exceptional front-of-house experience Operating the main switchboard and managing inquiries efficiently Coordinating catering, hospitality, and event support as required Monitoring employee experience feedback and supporting improvements Supporting internal communications and onsite event set-up Providing administrative support for office systems, help-desk platforms, and monthly reporting Raising and processing purchase orders, and managing stock and supply orders Supporting Workplace Experience initiatives to enhance customer service About You We’re looking for someone friendly, proactive, and professional — a natural host who thrives in a people-focused role and understands the importance of great service.
