Parts Advisor (Commercial Vehicles)Location: BicesterSalary: £28,255 £31,000 (OTE up to £34,000)Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Supplying parts to workshop technicians efficiently
* Identifying, ordering, and tracking parts and sundries
* Liaising with customers and internal teams
* Providing updates on orders and progress
* Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in commercial vehicle parts (or strong technical knowledge)
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, team-focused approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
* 44.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday (rotating shifts: 7am4pm, 8am5pm, 9am6pm)
* Alternate Saturday mornings (8am12pm)
