What You'll Do
* Manage online referrals with prompt response times
* Provide short‑term, solution‑focused counselling (3‑12 sessions)
* Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
* Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
* Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
Qualifications
* Accreditation: BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent
* Alternative: Diploma‑level qualification + 3 years post‑qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
* Approach: Experience in short‑term, solution‑focused therapeutic models
* Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
* Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)
* Compliance: ICO registration as Data Controller
Ideal Experience
* Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
* Assessment and support planning expertise
