If so, we’re looking for a Senior Asset Officer to play a key role in delivering our ambitious investment plans—supporting our journey to achieve EPC C across our homes by 2030.
About the role
As part of our growing Asset Strategy & Delivery Team, you’ll lead our well-established Asset Data Team and act as the vital link between data, strategy, and delivery.
You’ll:
* Lead and develop a high-performing Asset Data Team
* Oversee multiple data sets and investment planning
* Translate data insights into effective long-term asset strategies
* Support the mobilisation of planned investment programmes
* Work closely with our Senior Stock Condition Surveyor and Sustainability Lead
* Manage our Access Co-ordinators, ensuring surveys and works run smoothly

What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and leadership capability.
You’ll ideally have:
* Strong knowledge of housing asset management and property data
* A passion for sustainability and decarbonisation
* Experience managing data-driven programmes or asset strategies
* A track record of leading and motivating teams
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* A collaborative, open and customer-focused approach
