The role of Customer Service is based in West London, Greenford. Experience working on Defacto system would be an advantage, but not compulsory. Key Duties and responsibilities: Accurately process orders in line with specific customer requirements, reporting any anomalies. Handle consignment orders and support the invoicing process efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring SLA compliance. Arrange third-party transport for applicable orders as needed. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address special requirements. Maintain high service standards and meet all customer expectations. Foster clear and effective communication with key business departments. Contribute to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Socio-Environmental/Energy values while supporting company-wide objectives. Achieve all KPIs and goals, including set objectives.
