Would you like to work for a busy contractor with a £30million order book, flexible working and interesting projects? Our client are Glasgow based building contractor with a number of projects in the Dundee and Aberdeen area and they are keen to speak to experienced Construction Project Managers.
You will have a team of 4 Site Managers working across 3 key projects and you will have autonomy to run and deliver the projects which includes the retrofit

Strong capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Skilled in identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Skilled in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Analytical approach to solving complex project or contract issues.
Manage all contractual and fiscal aspects of your assigned construction sites ensuring projects are delivered to programme and within budget.
You will provide support and coach your Site Managers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to successfully implement the project and deliver ‘quality as standard’ guarantee.
You work in partnership with multiple departments and stakeholders within the business to ensure the effective management of your projects.
