Role Overview As a Cover Supervisor, you will: * Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the teacher’s absence. * Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. * Ensure students remain on task and follow the school’s behaviour policies. * Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson engagement and classroom behaviour. * Support the wider school community when required. Requirements * Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, or working with young people is highly desirable. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential. * Strong communication and classroom management skills. * Ability to confidently supervise classes across different age groups and subjects. * Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full duration of the contract. Location Secondary School – London Borough of Haringey Pay Rate £15 – £17 per hour, depending on experience.
