Environmental Engineer for a 7-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Responsibilities
* As part of a project team, perform all conventional aspects of Environmental scope area. This may include:
* Developing environmental deliverables such as Environmental Philosophies, Environmental Impact Identification (ENVID) Reports, Environmental Management Plans, Emissions Inventories, Terms of Reference (ToRs) for workshops and Scopes of Work (SoW) for studies.
* Supporting studies focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and ensuring alignment with net-zero commitments.
* Providing expert guidance on environmental compliance, including Best Available Techniques (BAT), and ensuring regulatory adherence throughout project lifecycles.
* Coordination and liaison with third-party contractors undertaking environmental studies, such as Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and site baseline surveys.
* Environmental representation in ENVID and BAT reviews.
* Managing environmental aspects of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve environmental objectives.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and present information effectively.
* Experience with GIS and air dispersion modeling software is desirable.
* Must have experience working on an Aramco project.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years related experience, with average experience ranging from 6-10 years.
* Bachelor’s degree (BEng or BSc) in Environmental Engineering or a related field such as Chemical Engineering.
* Membership in a relevant engineering, science, or environmental institute.
