We are seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to support the delivery of high-quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will manage audit assignments from planning through to completion, supervise and develop junior team members, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
* Supervise, coach, and review the work of audit trainees and seniors.
* Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve audit queries.
* Prepare and review audit files, financial statements, and related reports.
* Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
* Support managers and partners in delivering exceptional client service and identifying opportunities for added-value services.
Requirements:
* CA/ACCA qualified or nearing qualification.
* Previous experience within an accountancy practice audit environment.
* Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
