Our client is strengthening their Health, Safety and Environmental capability and is looking for a forward‑thinking HSE Manager to lead the HSE strategy across multiple Anaerobic Digestion (AD) sites.

What you’ll be doing
Leading HSE strategy and culture across AD operations, including:
* Developing and maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
* Leading risk assessments, HAZOPs, safe systems of work and investigations
* Driving improvements in safety, environmental compliance and sustainability
* Managing environmental monitoring programmes and regulatory relationships
* Leading audits, inspections and incident investigations with full RCA
* Reporting KPIs and advising senior leadership on compliance and performance
You’ll also lead and develop a team of SHEQ Advisors, ensuring consistency, growth and high professional standards across all sites.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a confident, credible HSE leader with:
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (IEMA / CEnv welcome)
* Significant HSE leadership experience in AD, Biogas, Renewables, Utilities or similar process environments
* Strong working knowledge of COMAH, EPR and UK HSE legislation
* Experience implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
* The ability to influence, coach and develop multi‑site teams
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to operational safety
Full UK driving licence required.
