We have a 3 month fixed-term role available in our Fuego restaurant that may be the next step in your culinary career!
Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance.

From writing and costing menus, to managing a warm and friendly team, we want our Sous Chefs to be able to run the kitchen in the absence of our Head Chefs to give our customers the best level of service and consistency.

Is it right for me?
* Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant
* Preparing food from scratch and working with fresh ingredients
* Passionate about food with an aptitude for learning
* Aware of new food trends and strive to meet a meticulous standard
* Clear and concise communicator to be able to build a rapport with junior members of the team and front of house colleagues
* Able to teach and support teams - forging a positive and progressive work culture
